Prints are individually produced to order, please allow up to 8 weeks from the time of placing your order for delivery. Each print undergoes a series of meticulous steps, including inspection, titling, signing and numbering, by John Von Hesse personally. While we strive to expedite the process, please note that occasional delays may occur, especially during periods of travel for John Von Hesse. If you place your order online, one of our consultants will reach out to you to provide an estimated delivery date.

Urgent Requests: If you require expedited delivery or have urgent printing needs, please feel free to contact through email or call . Our team or John will be happy to discuss current dispatch times and accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Each print that is dispatched from Von Hesse, Fine Art Photography is checked and package appropriately to protect the valuable goods and is fully insured from our door to yours.

Damage Process

If your Limited Edition piece shows any signs of damage, you have the right to inspect the artwork before signing for it. Please don’t refuse delivery—instead, ask the driver to note the damage. Make sure to keep the original packaging, including the box and protective corners.

If possible, take at least 4-6 digital photographs of the box and the damage and send them to john@von-hesse.com. Your request must be made within 7 days of delivery any period after this will be rejected.To ensure we can assist your request please include a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase. If you have a preferred way to be contacted or a specific time that works best for you, feel free to include that in your email.

Certificate of Authenticity: If you would like us to issue a new Certificate of Authenticity in your name, there is a charge of $50. Please indicate your preference in your email, and we will proceed accordingly.
